拡張計測機能

GA4 拡張計測機能の新顔「フォームの操作」が、GA4プロパティに順次実装されている模様です。下記の解説の内容がまだお使いになれない場合は、まもなく実装されると思われます。

「フォームの操作」 form_start, form_submit の使用を開始するには？

「管理」をクリック。

「プロパティ」の「データストリーム」をクリック。

ウェブのデータストリームをクリック。

「拡張計測機能」の歯車アイコンをクリック。

「フォームの操作」のスイッチをONにします。

「保存」をクリックします。

「拡張計測機能」に「フォームの操作」が追加されたことを確認してください。

これで計測が開始されます。

「フォームの操作」とは、どんな計測機能？

測定オプション / イベントトリガーされるタイミングイベント パラメータ
フォームの操作
イベント名「form_start」
イベント名「form_submit」		イベント名「form_start」
ユーザーがセッションで初めてフォームを操作した時＝最初にフォームのパーツのいずれかをマウス操作した瞬間に起動します。submitではなく、入力開始の意味です。

イベント名「form_submit」
ユーザーがフォームを送信した時

「カスタム ディメンション」を作成した場合にのみ、レポートでイベント パラメータを使用できます。		イベント名「form_start」のパラメータ

・form_id: フォームのHTML要素「form_id」
・form_name: フォームのHTML要素「form_name」
・form_destination: 操作が外資されたフォームが設置してあるURLです。

イベント名「form_submit」のパラメータ
・form_id: フォームのHTML要素「form_id」
・form_name: フォームのHTML要素「form_name」
・form_destination: サブミットボタンが押されたURL
・form_submit_text: サブミットボタンのテキスト（存在すれば）

「カスタム ディメンション」を作成した場合にのみ、レポートでイベント パラメータを使用できます。

ユーザーがセッションで初めてフォームを操作した時に発火します。最初にフォームのパーツのいずれかをマウス操作した瞬間に起動します。submitではなく、入力開始の意味です。

例えば上記では、

<input type="text" name="Name" id="id_name" class="class_name" size="60" maxlength="200" value="" />

上記の入力フォームに、入力が始まった瞬間に、イベント名「form_start」 が発火しています。

上記のキャプチャーの赤線で囲んだ部分は、入力フォームのHTMLソースの「name=”Name”」の部分を取得しています。

上記のキャプチャーの赤線で囲んだ部分は、入力フォームのHTMLソースの「id=”id_name”」の部分を取得しています。

実際にテストで使用したフォームも、このサイト上にあります。2022年10月1日現在、動作はしますが、このフォームから、弊社へのお問い合わせはできませんのでご了承ください。

イベントパラメータ「form_submit_text」は、: サブミットボタンのテキストを取得できます。（値が存在すれば）

<input type="submit" name="Submit" value="送信する" class="class_submit"/>

入力フォームのHTMLソースの「value=”送信する”」の部分を取得しています。
